Refund policy

Returns

Ears are NOT eligible to return once they are delivered and in your possession. If items were lost or stolen, they are NOT eligible for refunds. Please contact the mailing carrier regarding your package since this is out of our hands. 

Cancellations

Orders are to be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time frame, ears are usually shipped right away since they are Ready-to-Ship.
