1. How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Our ears are Ready-To-Ship, so there is a processing timeframe of 5 days before the ears are shipped. However, please note that it may not take that long for your order to be processed. In some cases, if there are personal life duties that need attending to, it may take a bit longer. Additionally, please keep in mind about weekends and holidays. 

2. Can I return or exchange my ears?

Unfortunately, once the ears are delivered and in your possession, they are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns on our handmade ears. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at magikalears@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

3. What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for it. Please contact the mailing carrier regarding your package as this is out of our hands. We recommend reaching out to the carrier to inquire about the status of your package and file a claim if necessary.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time frame, the ears are usually shipped right away since they are Ready-To-Ship. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at magikalears@gmail.com with your order number.

5. How can I contact customer support?

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our customer support team at magikalears@gmail.com. We are here to assist you and will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. If you have already placed an order and need assistance, please include your order number in your email.

6. Can I place an order for custom ears?

Unfortunately, we are not taking orders for custom ears at the moment (may change in the future). However, we do take recommendations of what characters or inspiration you would like to see on our shop; feel free to email us at magikalears@gmail.com or send a DM on instagram.
